DISCIPLINE & BEHAVIOURAL TRAINING

Presidency maintains a positive, structured and disciplined environment that supports academic success and personal growth.

  • 1. SC Scholarship (Scheduled Caste Students)
    Applicable for all SC students from Class I to XII. Benefits include fee reimbursement or incentives as per government rules.
  • 2. OBEC Scholarship (Other Backward Economically Category)
    Available for students of Class I – V, Class VI – VIII, and Class IX – XII. Scholarship benefits vary based on class level and category.
  • 3. Minority Scholarship (Christian & Muslim Communities)
    Applicable for Classes I to X. Family annual income must be below ₹2,00,000. Includes both Pre-Matric and Post-Matric schemes.
  • 4. Attendance Scholarship
    Applicable for girl students of Class IX and X. Awarded for maintaining 100% attendance during the academic year.
  • 5. Special Incentive Scholarship (Classes XI & XII)
    Applicable for students scoring above 65% marks in the Class X examination. Scholarship amounts differ based on Group A / B / C categories.

  • Pre-Matric (Class I – X)
    • Class I–V: Retention support and basic assistance
    • Class VI–VIII: ₹1,500 – ₹5,200 (as per category)
    • Class IX–X: ₹2,500 – ₹3,000 (higher amount for girls)
  • Post-Matric (Class XI – XII)
    • Scholarship amount ranges from ₹9,300 to ₹21,000 based on community, income group, and category
  • Special Incentive
    • A fixed incentive amount of ₹1,000 for eligible students of Classes XI and XII

Final sanction amounts are subject to change based on the annual government notifications and approval norms.

To apply for any Government Scholarship, parents are required to submit the following documents:

  • Aadhaar Card of the student
  • Student’s Bank Passbook (Nationalised Bank – individual or joint account)
  • Income Certificate issued by the Revenue Department
  • Community Certificate (SC / OBC / Minority, as applicable)
  • Residence Certificate
  • Previous class mark sheet (X for XI admission, XI for XII admission)
  • Bonafide Certificate issued by the school
  • Fees paid receipt
  • For Government staff – Original NOC from the concerned department

All submitted document copies must be clear, complete, and legible.

When to Apply

  • All scholarship applications must be submitted before July of the academic year
  • Late submissions may not be accepted by government scholarship portals

How to Apply

  • Collect the scholarship application form or online instructions from the school office
  • Attach all required documents in the prescribed order
  • Submit the completed application file to the school before the deadline
  • The school will verify, sign, and forward the application to the concerned department
  • Parents must regularly check the bank account for scholarship credit

Important Instructions

  • Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected
  • All submitted information must match the student’s official records
  • Renewal students must apply every academic year with updated documents
  • Parents are advised to keep photocopies of the entire application set for reference
