Attendance is compulsory on all school working days
Students must arrive on time for the morning assembly
Unauthorized absence exceeding ten consecutive days may lead to removal from the attendance register
Regular and 100% attendance is encouraged and appreciated
Students must be present for all important school events and examinations; study holidays are not permitted for board classes
Students absent for examinations without prior approval will be marked absent or failed
Re-examinations are not permitted
Any form of malpractice, including copying, altering marks, or forging signatures, will lead to strict disciplinary action and possible suspension
Students must carry all required materials such as stationery and hall tickets to the examination hall
Silence must be maintained in the examination area at all times
Leave should be taken only with prior permission from the Principal or Vice-Principal
Leave letters must be signed by parents or guardians
Students absent without prior approval must report to school with their parent or guardian the next day
No leave is permitted during tests or examinations except for medical emergencies supported by a valid medical certificate
Coupling of holidays by taking leave adjoining weekends or holidays is strictly not allowed
Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days and school events
Uniforms should always be clean, neat, and well-ironed
Boys should maintain a short, tidy haircut
Girls must keep their hair neatly plaited (double plaits recommended)
Shoes must be properly polished and wearing the school ID card is compulsory every day
Fancy hairstyles, cosmetics, jewellery, or accessories are not allowed
Students from Class VIII onwards should not wear coloured dresses, even on birthdays
Students must maintain good behaviour both inside and outside the school campus
Respect towards teachers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory
Running, shouting, or any form of disorderly conduct in corridors is strictly prohibited
Organising or collecting funds without written permission from the Vice-Principal is not permitted
Students must follow instructions promptly and participate in all school activities unless officially exempted
Mobile phones, smartwatches, cameras, pen drives, and other electronic gadgets or recording devices
Cosmetics, perfumes, fancy accessories, and grooming products
Chewing gum, beverages, toxic substances, or any harmful materials
Sharp objects, weapons, firecrackers, or any dangerous items
Carrying money beyond minimal pocket expenses
Books, magazines, or materials considered to be of low moral value
Political posters, banners, or related materials
Any items prohibited by school rules or government regulations
Possession of prohibited or restricted items will result in confiscation and appropriate disciplinary action.
